You use the Debtor Journals program to enter journal transactions – Journal Entry Debits (JEDs) and Journal Entry Credits (JECs) – to debtor accounts. Examples of journal transactions include adjustments to fix incorrect postings, rounding of account balances, and writing off of bad debts. The journal entries entered here affect the debtor balances only; they do not update other GL accounts.

Technical Tip You can view a list of all debtor journal entries by printing the Debtors Journal Listing – see "Debtor Reports - Debtors Journal Listing". |
